Debuff Plus is a gem effect in Xenoblade Chronicles and Future Connected. It increases the duration of any debuffs caused by the user's other equipped gems.
Overview[edit]
Debuff gems generally apply 10 seconds of their effect, so combining with Debuff Plus can increase the duration up to a maximum of 25 seconds. This is rather situational, as it requires the luck of those other gems to trigger, but it makes them much more effective when they do.

Crystals and cylinders[edit]
Enemy drops[edit]
The strength of crystals and cylinders dropped by enemies is random within limits. The first attribute is usually from 20% to 30%, but crystals from bosses and unique monsters are stronger, and are from 80% to 90% instead. There is also a 25% chance to get a better crystal, which ranges from 32% to 40% normally, or 92% to 99% for bosses and uniques. If there is a second attribute, its possible range is equal to half the range of the first attribute (for example, if the first attribute's range is 20%-30%, the second's will be 10%-15%).
