Poison Plus is a gem effect in Xenoblade Chronicles and Future Connected. It raises damage dealt by the poison debuff.

Overview[edit]

Poison is a strong debuff damage-wise when used by party members, so making it even stronger is a good move. Only Melia and Riki can benefit from it unless the user also has Poison Attack gems on, so there probably won't be much competition for them.

Crystals and cylinders[edit]

Enemy drops[edit]

The strength of crystals and cylinders dropped by enemies is random within limits. The first attribute is usually from 20% to 30%, but crystals from bosses and unique monsters are stronger, and are from 80% to 90% instead. There is also a 25% chance to get a better crystal, which ranges from 32% to 40% normally, or 92% to 99% for bosses and uniques. If there is a second attribute, its possible range is equal to half the range of the first attribute (for example, if the first attribute's range is 20%-30%, the second's will be 10%-15%).

Ether deposits and gears[edit]

The strength of crystals and cylinders mined from deposits is random within limits. Each attribute is usually from 40% to 45%, but crystals from high-quality deposits are stronger, and are from 80% to 90% instead. There is also a 10% chance to get a better crystal, which ranges from 52% to 60% normally, or 92% to 99% for high-quality deposits.
