Dunban is the fourth permanent party member in Xenoblade Chronicles. He is the game's dodge tank; his job is to maintain the enemy's aggro by dodging all the attacks aimed at him. His main means of generating aggro is dealing large amount of damage, so he is also effective as a pure attacker.

Electric Gutbuster	Break art	In combo with Gale Slash, inflicts Break.
Peerless	Aura art	Generates aggro, raises strength, and cures confusion.
Worldly Slash	Physical art	Lowers physical defence, and in combo with Gale Slash, also lowers strength.
Battle Eye	Aura art	Inflicts lock-on, raises double attack rate, and generates talent gauge for every attack dodged.
Steel Strike	Topple art	Inflicts Topple.
Spirit Breath	Aura art	Applies Haste and clears all debuffs.
Blinding Blossom	Support art	Transfers aggro from another party member.
Serene Heart	Aura art	Increases agility, moreso when at low health.
Tempest Kick	Ether art	In combo with Gale Slash, kicks a buff off the enemy. Causes Dunban to turn around.
Heat Haze	Aura art	Removes and disables all aggro in exchange for guaranteed critical hits.
Thunder	Daze art	Ether attack that hits behind Dunban. If an aura is active, forces Daze.
Soaring Tempest	Physical art	Fills talent gauge.
Jaws of Death	Aura art	Boots health, talent gauge, and physical damage instead of being incapacitated.
Final Flicker	Support art	Sacrifies a percentage of max HP to fill a chunk of talent gauge.
Demon Slayer	Topple art	Does a large amount of damage. If it kills an enemy, all other enemies are toppled.
