The Balance of Power is a quest on Valak Mountain. Completing the quest will unlock Dunban's fourth Skill branch Obstinance.

Quest objectives

The Balance of Power
You need to defeat the Chilkin and Antol leaders to maintain the ecological balance of Valak Mountain.
Defeat Barbaric Sitri in the Antol Den. Defeat Banquet Vassago who is somewhere in Valak Mountain.
Return to Dakuku.
Quest result
The war between the Antols and Chilkins is over and balance is restored to Valak Mountain.

This is big problem. That means we need strong will to solve it.
