Dunban is the fourth permanent party member in Xenoblade Chronicles, but during the prologue and Battle of Colony 9 he appears as a guest. During this time, he wields the Monado and cannot access his typical arts, unless played in New Game Plus.
Dunban has different stats during the two times he appears as a guest.
