Whisper of the Wind is the second skill in Melia's Honesty skill branch. It adds 25% damage to any wind-type art she uses. Practically, this only affects Wind Discharge.
Overview[edit]
Winds are fairly pedestrian as a discharge, so this skill helps make them a bit stronger. There's not much to it.
