Palace Guard is the first skill in Melia's Reticence skill branch. It gives her +15% block rate.
Overview[edit]
Melia doesn't have good agility, so the extra chance of taking half damage is appreciated. It's not a bad link, since there aren't many ways to get a block rate outside specific weapons and it isn't very expensive.
