High Speed is the first skill in Melia's Honesty skill branch. It gives her +15 agility.
Overview[edit]
An extra 15 agility (equal to a rank III Agility Up gem) is pretty strong for a first-in-the-branch skill, as demonstrated by its not cheap link cost. Melia will be using it mostly to dodge attacks, but others are going to want it for the accuracy as well.
