Most of the initial data comes from SCL_SquadQuestList.
- summary text comes from MultiQuest_Summary_ms.
- PurposeTxt comes from MultiQuest_Purpose_ms.
- condType1, cond1, cond1_S_FLAG_MIN, cond1_S_FLAG_MAX, etc. comes from checking the ID of AcceptCond and then looking at FLD_GameCondition. Only needed for non-zero values of AcceptCond.
