Tattooed Hugo is a unique monster in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It can be found perched on a tower east of Great Heat Extraction Duct in the Upper Level of the Empire of Mor Ardain, occasionally flying away, during any weather that isn't Surface heat. To reach its location, a gondola must be taken from the side of Smùide Mountain, which can only be accessed with the Smùide Plant Key. It can summon two Arogan Rhoguls by using Warning Cry, which it starts using after losing three fourth of its HPs.
Defeating it will unlock the third level of Zenobia's Leaping Field Skill.
