Speedy Sword is one of Tora's Variable Saber Driver Arts in Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
Overview[edit]
This has been called the best Driver Art in the game thanks to each of the three individual hits applying Break independently. Against an enemy with medium to high Break resistance, the chance of them resisting or dodging all three hits is much lower than it is for a single hit — and all other Break Arts only apply Break on a single hit. This makes Speedy Sword massively more consistent in breaking the enemy than any other relevant Art, which is of incredible use in allowing high-level and postgame bosses to be inflicted with the Driver Combo (for controlling the fight) and Fusion Combos (for massive damage).
It'll only be available in the lategame at earliest, but this Art alone makes Poppi QTπ worth having on any team even if no effort is put into upgrading her via Poppiswap.
