Slasher Buffon is a unique monster in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It can be found on a plateau east of the Turbine Tower in the Upper Level of the Empire of Mor Ardain, during any weather that isn't either Surface heat or Sandstorm. To reach its location, a gondola must be taken from the side of Smùide Mountain, which can only be accessed with the Smùide Plant Key. Defeating it will unlock the third level of T-elos's ECHIDNA Special.
