Our Paths May Never Cross is Track 10 on the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Kingdom of Torna Original Soundtrack and Disc 11, Track 10 on the Xenoblade Chronicles Original Soundtrack Trinity Box.
It serves as the game's final boss theme, playing in the fight against Gort in Spessia.
It is a remix of The Power of Jin, and as such features the same musical references — the melody at 1:12 is adapted from The Decision, and that at 1:51 is adapted from Elysium, in the Blue Sky.

I arranged an acoustic version of the original piece “The Power of Jin”. The style of a piano concerto was the theme of this piece, so the piano became the focus. Even though the piano part is exceedingly difficult, Mr. Morishita’s expressive performance was passionate yet sentimental. The piano conveys the sadness and anger found in the deep depths of Jin’s heart. You can feel Jin's strong emotions, with whom “Our Paths May Never Cross”.
