A black-haired woman who lived long ago in Lost Jerusalem. She divided up and sealed away chaos’s power as Anima.

In this story, she is called the partner of the Messiah, though it is unknown whether she is actually the historical figure of Mary Magdalene. Judging from her words to Shion in the story, she likely shared some bond with her in her past life.

Trivia[edit]

  • When the Testaments examines her body at Rennes-le-Château, Virgil comment how good she smells. At first glance it seems to invoke his DME addiction, it is likely a reference to the concept of incorruptibility, a Christian belief that divine intervention allows some bodies to perfectly preserved after death as a sign of their holiness. Incorruptible bodies are said to have the odour of sanctity, a pleasant aroma.
