Manana's Cooking is a discussion in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. It can be received by cooking Manana's Battle Soup while Triton is in the party, after at least one main party member has attained rank 10 of the class Soulhacker. Completing it automatically starts the ascension quest My Memories.

Unlike other discussions, the background music of Millick Meadows rather than the ordinary Rest Spot.
