Manana (マナナ) is a character in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. She is a chef in Agnus's army and a companion of Mio, Taion, and Sena.

Manana is a pale orange Nopon who fights using her cooking pot as part of the Variable Arms. She has long, pink twintails, and wears a white chef's hat on her head. She wears a white apron with red stitching and a lilac bandana.
Manana has an upbeat personality, and enjoys cooking. She can also be reckless as seen during the quest, A Nopon's Counsel in which she rides her cooking pot into a group of Arachnos. She can tend to become easily upset, such as when Lanz accuses her of eating the party’s food supply in Maktha Wildwood. Manana also shows acts of kindness, such as offering food to Noah while the party is imprisoned in the Ivory Gaol.
