Jacob Medical Imprinting, also shortened to J.M.I., is an artificial placenta facility in Xenosaga: Pied Piper. It is located in the Draper region of Archon, Abraxas.

An artificial placenta facility on planet Abraxas.
An artificial placenta facility in the Draper section of planet Abraxas. Short
for "Jacob Medical Imprinting."
This facility was shut down when the Life Recycling Law was abolished following the slaughter of a huge number of fetuses by Voyager. All information that had been gathered by the facility was confiscated by the Yuriev Institute and is said to have later formed the cornerstone of raising the URTVs.
