Illumi Skeeters are Skeeter enemies in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. They appear anytime in the Stomach of Uraya. More specifically, they can be found at the Old Quarry, Crown of Sanctuary, Fonsa Myma Waters, and Land of the Beaten.
