Hurricane Anise is a unique monster and a golden monster in Torna ~ The Golden Country. It can be found anytime flying around the the Pedestal of Stargazing in the Tornan Titan Interior in the Kingdom of Torna, after buying Anise's Location from the Nopon Halfsage at Golden Beast Info.

After losing a third of its health, it will use Warning Cry, summoning two Apostle Rhoguls that will lock one bar of the Party Gauge each. The summoned enemies must be defeated to free their respective Party Gauge bar. After losing two thirds of its health, it will use a powered-up version of the same Art, summoning three Apostle Rhoguls, locking the entirety of the Party Gauge in the process.
