Happy Happy (ヨロコベも Joy ) is one of Riki 's support Battle Arts in Xenoblade Chronicles Party Gauge , though it can only be used with high tension .
Overview [ edit ] The only reason to ever not use Happy Happy the moment it becomes available is when the party gauge is already full enough that it would not get full value. At any other time, it should be used basically immediately in order to maximize the number of times it can be used per battle. Even hampered by expensive AP costs and a long cooldown that doesn't upgrade well, being able to raise the party gauge almost for free is very strong.
Of note is that getting a perfect battle start affinity gets the party into high tension immediately, allowing Riki to use Happy Happy without any setup required.
