As for this piece, along with Otsuki “KALTA” Hidenobu's drum groove, a sadder, jazzier and more courageous image than that of the original floated to the surface of my mind. In that moment, I made a jazz sketch and then TOMOri added an arrangement. Executive Director Takahashi said it would be cool if the second half of the piece had the feeling of an improvised jazz session. So, I kept that in mind while doing the recording. When listening to this piece, I hope it feels like a throbbing performance.
