Consul P is an antagonist in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. She is a member of the Consuls who works alongside O.

Appearance and personality

Like most Consuls, P wears red armor and a black cape that falls just above her knees. She wears a tall, crested helmet with a masquerade-style mask over her eyes, which are blue. Relative to the other female Consuls, P has very long legs. Her Moebius form is identical to I's, having the standard female Moebius body type in addition to wing-like appendages, a blue "mask" over her face, long claws on her hands and feet, spikes on the back of her heels, a single long horn sprouting from her forehead, and a mouth full of piranha-like teeth. When Interlinking with O, they take on the form of a two-headed amalgamation of the two, with P positioned at the front of the body; when she is in control, they assume a bipedal stance. P's side of the body gains long, whip-like arms, although P has been observed making use of O's muscular arms, whose hands have thumbs on either side to accommodate their stance changes.

P exudes sass and swagger, which is evident through her body language alone—she’s seldom seen without her hand on her hip. She has a bossy, headstrong nature, and between her and O, she’s the one who calls the shots. She can also be impatient and quick to anger. P sometimes lashes out at O or insults him, leading Sena to wonder whether or not they're actually friends. Despite this, the two of them are almost always at each other’s side, so there is reason to believe P genuinely enjoys O's company. P is remarkably vain, particularly in regard to the "unique" Moebius Interlink she shares with O (although she may just be bluffing). P seems to have somewhat of a rivalry with D and berates him on several occasions. The circumstances of her death lead multiple characters to comment on her foolishness.
