Consul I is an antagonist in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. She is a member of the Consuls and the Consul of Colony Mu.

Story Arc[edit]
I is briefly seen delivering a report regarding Colony 4's Flame Clock to the Queen of Keves, prompting her to deploy her forces to destroy Ouroboros.
She is also seen alongside the Prison Warden giving Agnian troops the order to execute several Lost Numbers during an eclipse at Hope's Rest; during Monica's explanation of the event.
Transparent Dreams[edit]
I is the main antagonist of Transparent Dreams. She first appears disguised as Colony Mu's lieutenant, Irma, fending off Kevesi soldiers at the gate with the assistance of the party. After fending them off, the Colony's Commander, Fiona request the party to destroy the Flame Clock, but Irma reveals that their Flame Clock is fake, prompting the party to launch an investigation into finding the real Clock.
After it was revealed that Irma was I all along after taking control of the Colony's soldiers, Fiona was heartbroken. Just as Lanz was about to attack I, Fiona stops him from killing her, I then shoots her and Lanz. I demands Fiona to stand up and fight, Fiona says that she wants to fight by her side if it what's making her sad. Disappointed, I admits that she's the one who killed her friends before transforming in her Moebius form but is defeated by the party. As I is dying, Fiona apologizes to her for failing to save her. After I expires, Fiona wails as the real Ferronis and Flame Clock is revealed.
A Farewell Reset[edit]
I plays a posthumous role in the quest, A Farewell Reset.

Lore[edit]
- In contrast to the other Consuls, she rarely appears in her Consul outfit. Her mask can be found during Fiona's ascension quest.
- Consul I can create illusions, such as the fake Ferronis, Flame Clocks and False Volffs.

- When she's in her Consul attire, her eyes are blue. When disguised as Irma, her eyes are yellow.
