Consul F is an antagonist in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. He is a member of the Consuls and is in charge of Colony 0 and black ops to keep the endless war between Keves and Agnus in check.

Appearance and personality

As with most of the Consuls, F wears the standard red armor and black cape. His helmet is shaped like a snail or ammonite shell. He has blue eyes and an average build. It is unknown what his Moebius form looks like. Unmasked, he appears as a young-looking man with shaggy blond hair.

F’s high intelligence and charisma make him highly dangerous. He’s a master manipulator who hides his iniquitous intentions behind an affable charade. Courteous and agreeable, F is skilled at the arts of negotiation and persuasion. He is very well-spoken and boasts an impressive vocabulary, stating that "simple words are never enough to engender trust." F largely acts behind the scenes, specializing in battlefield manipulation, inciting sedition, information control, and elimination of third party forces. F is an ardent supporter of Moebius’ ideology, believing his duties as Consul to be the highest calling. In contrast to most of the Consuls, F seems to care for his soldiers under his command, No. 7 in particular.

Story Arc

Inhumanity

F is the main antagonist of Inhumanity. He first makes contact with the party through a transmission from Segiri, requesting the party return Segiri to him, in exchange Colony 0 would cease to hostilities towards Ouroboros. Once at Colony 0, F allows the party to be introduced to others in the Colony. When No. 4's life is consumed, the negotiations fall through as the party sees that F doesn't care for his soldiers as people but as if they were tools to maintain the world. Despite Segiri requesting for only her limiter to be removed, sparing her comrades, F orders for all Feron units to disengage their limiters. When ordered to eliminate Sena first Segiri breaks free from F's control and kills F instead.

Lore

• Consul F and Colony 0 were in charge of battlefield manipulation, quelling rebellion, controlling information, eliminating third parties, and disposing of relics from the old world.

Trivia

• F is the only known hostile Consul to not to battle the party directly, instead, uses Segiri to combat the party.
  • He is also the only known Consul who attempted to negotiate with the party for a peaceful resolution.
• F's NPC icon is only used in an Iris call during Inhumanity.
