Several Consuls on stage

The Consuls are an organization in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. They hold the second most political power of both Keves and Agnus and their base of operation is in an old Amphitheater.

Characteristics

Most Consuls wear red armor with a purple core in the center and a black cape, their helmet shape varies on the person. Consuls can also take the form a large demonic giant, known as a Moebius. They are the servants of the Queens, holding second most political power. Consuls are the leaders of Kevesi and Agnian colonies all over Aionios.

Trivia

• There is a Consul for every letter in the roman alphabet except for A. However, Shu mentions that a list in Irma's Hideout lists 26 Consuls, with T's name crossed out.
• The Consuls are very similar to the Testaments from the Xenosaga trilogy.
  • Both have previous deceased characters revived by their master to serve them.
  • Both wear face concealing masks to hide their identities.
  • Both carry out their master's will to keep the world in a time loop.
