Battle is Disc 1, Track 3 on the Xenosaga Original Soundtrack and Disc 2, Track 2 on the Xenosaga Episode I album.
It is the battle theme, playing in all battles in Xenosaga Episode I with the exception of the final boss. It also plays during the A.G.W.S. Battle and Xeno Card minigames.
This track was remixed as part of Battle & Sentô Suru KOS-MOS & Sentô Shûryô for both the piano collection and Jazz in Kosmos parts of the Across the Kosmos album.
