Arogan Rhoguls are Rhogul enemies in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. They appear anytime in the Upper Level of Mor Ardain, during Clear, Overcast, or Sandstorm weather. More specifically, they can be found at Jelidorend Highlands and Old City of Teddim.
