Akhos is fought alongside Malos at Olethro Playhouse in Olethro Ruins. This is his statblock for the first part of the fight, after the party joins back with Pyra there. The phase ends after either Malos or Akhos loses half of their health.

This battle is considered by many as one of the game's hardest fight, due to the player still being limited to two active Blades, as well as Malos and Akhos being able to inflict many debuffs such as Shackle Blade, Shackle Driver, and Taunt. Moreover, Malos is able to inflict the last two stages of the Driver Combo to a party member with Deadly Drive, possibly one-shotting them.
