The Acute Neurosis Treatment Facility is a medical facility located within Labyrinthos in the Xenosaga series. This is where Shion's mother is hospitalized.

Episode III[edit]
After making their way through Miltia, Shion and Allen arrive in disguise at the Acute Neurosis Treatment Facility. While there they are able to directly interact with Joachim Mizrahi, a young Kevin Winnicot and Shion's father Suou Uzuki. Afterwards they bring young Shion outside and accompany her to the Old Church. The party later returns here as they aim to make their way into Labyrinthos and must fight off the guards standing before the entrance. The party later returns here during the Federation's attack of Miltia. They make their way through the Facility, which is now significantly damaged and overrun by berserk Realians and various experiment subjects. They make their way to the hospital room with Shion's mother, but by this point it is too late as both of Shion's parents have been killed by the Asura series Realians. Young Shion out of despair for what has happened, summons the Gnosis to Miltia. At this point the party realizes that they have not actually been in the past, but rather a reconstructed version of the events of 15 years ago. Realizing that it was in fact her responsible for the Gnosis' appearance, current day Shion is horrified and summons Abel's Ark. Kevin, as the Red Testament then appears along with T-elos and makes several reveals to the party. While Shion wants to return to him, the other party members refuse this and KOS-MOS flees with Shion after knocking her out. T-elos initially pursues her before being called back by Kevin. KOS-MOS makes it to the Elsa, which then returns to the Facility to pick up the other party members.

The Acute Neurosis Treatment Facility is visited as an area in Xenosaga Episode III - Also Sprach Zarathustra. It is also briefly visited during Xenosaga Episode I - Der Wille zur Macht while the party is in the Encephalon.
